Vacancy: Substitute at Malung-Sälen Swimming Hall

Malung-Sälen Swimming Hall opened in autumn 2024 and is a modern and welcoming facility featuring a 25-meter pool, a children's play area, a multi-purpose pool, and a relaxation area where you can enjoy bubble pools, an aufguss sauna, and pleasant social spaces. In addition, we have a café serving simple meals and coffee/tea. Our main focus is to ensure that visiting the swimming hall is a pleasant experience, so we place great emphasis on customer service and cleanliness.

Naturally, we also offer a wide range of water activities. The most important is our swimming school for children, but we also offer baby swimming, mini swimming, adult swimming lessons, water aerobics, water yoga, and much more.

Job Responsibilities

At Malung-Sälen Swimming Hall, we are currently a team of six full-time employees, and we are now looking for a substitute for one of these positions.

Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys meeting people and wants a varied job? Then this might be the job for you.

You are a person who takes great responsibility, is friendly, and flexible. Working with us means you will meet people of different ages and with different needs. As a swimming hall attendant, you will provide support and service to visitors at the facility. The tasks are varied. You will be part of the work group that manages daily operations and develops the swimming hall's activities.

Your duties include, among other things, cleaning, reception work, lifeguarding, café work, and working in our relaxation area. There is an opportunity to work with swimming schools, baby swimming, and as a water fitness instructor if you have the relevant training.

Qualifications

• The job suits you if you are driven, service-oriented, and responsible. You have good cooperation skills and are a team player who enjoys working with people and wellness. You are service-oriented and treat everyone with respect.
• Training in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is desirable but not a requirement. Remaining training will be provided on-site.
• Previous experience in similar work is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You must be at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish; additional languages are an advantage.
• You must be able to swim and pass the swimming test.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Working hours: According to schedule.
